FUJI Saudi is proud to introduce a major step forward in elevator innovation. Our state-of-the-art monitoring systems cover all active elevators and escalators across the Kingdom and are fully connected to our centralized Control Centre in Riyadh.

Our new system, known as GEMS, is a smart electronic platform that tracks each elevator’s performance in real time. It immediately alerts both FUJI Saudi operators and unit owners of any issues or irregularities, ensuring safety and uninterrupted operation.

With GEMS, unexpected challenges are handled quickly and efficiently. The system automatically sends SMS notifications to owners and includes a built-in feature allowing passengers to report stoppages or faults with just the press of a button.
